Hi, I'm Esther — mum of three, about to be four, living in Hoi An. Originally from New Zealand, I spent countless years in event management, wedding planning and fine-dining. Events are my passion, and I'd love to make your next event a success with beautiful catering.

The Graze Co. was born out of a love for all things food, people and the good times that these two create. I make grazing boxes, picnics and grazing tables for celebrations here in Hoi An, Da Nang and Surrounds — villa stays, birthdays, beach afternoons, weddings under the palms. Everything is made by hand, styled with care and built around the occasion rather than a menu.
